Shipping Policy

Processing Time Every item at Dead Hours Club is made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for your order to be printed and prepared before it ships. During drops or high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer — we'll always do our best to get your order moving quickly.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Orders of $150 or more qualify for free standard shipping, automatically applied at checkout.

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your location. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment partner.

Delays Occasionally, factors outside our control — weather, carrier delays, high order volume — can affect delivery times. We appreciate your patience and are always happy to check on the status of your order if it's running behind.

Lost or Missing Packages If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package, or if it's been significantly delayed, contact us at deadhoursclubapparel@gmail.com with your order number and we'll help track it down.
